Welcome to storminlee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of [storminlee.com / YOUR DOMAIN] (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
storminlee is operated by Notorious Nine LLC, doing business as storminlee ("we," "us," "our").
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately represent our artwork, including color, scale, and finish, through photography and product descriptions. However, actual colors and details may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings. Each panel's listed dimensions refer to the artwork size; framing, matting, or mounting options (where offered) will be described separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, retire pieces from the catalog, or modify product offerings at any time without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including on orders already placed, and will notify you before processing payment if a correction is needed.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s) at the time of order. We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping
Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our [Refund & Return Policy] for how we handle lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility are governed by our separate [Refund & Return Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, logos, the storminlee name and mark, and all other content on this Site ("Content") are the property of Notorious Nine LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a physical piece from storminlee, you receive the physical print itself — not a license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display for commercial purposes, or create derivative works from the underlying artwork. You may not reproduce, scan, photograph for resale, or otherwise commercially exploit any storminlee artwork without our prior written consent.
You may not use our Content, brand name, or mark in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our written permission.
8. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
- Interfere with the Site's normal operation (including through bots, scraping, or automated purchasing tools)
- Submit false or misleading information when placing an order

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
